ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø

All members of the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø of ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø community are invited to share their feedback with the General Education Reform Task Force via an online survey and at upcoming listening sessions. 

As the group — 50 faculty, advisors, staff and students from across schools and campuses — begins to review existing general education curricula, it will depend on the experiences, creative ideas and thoughtful participation of the entire ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø.

The Office of the Provost task force will recommend a more integrative and unified model for adoption across the institution. The project aspires to develop a curriculum and learning outcomes, as described in the Plan for Pitt, that are unified, measurable and flexible while encouraging development in areas such as critical thinking, communication, intercultural and global competency, leadership, data analysis and collaboration.

Here's how you can share your feedback with the General Education Reform Task Force:

Attend a listening session

The task force will hold in-person and virtual sessions for students and faculty throughout March and April. All are welcome to attend, learn more about this initiative and provide feedback on experiences with the general education curriculum at Pitt.

Fill out a survey
