Sen. Orrin Hatch was born in Homestead, Pennsylvania, on March 22, 1934. After graduating from Brigham Young ���ϳԹ���, he earned his Juris Doctor from the ���ϳԹ��� of ���ϳԹ���’s School of Law in 1962. He would go on to a storied legislative career that ended in 2019, with the title of longest-serving Republican U.S. senator in history. He died April 23, 2022.

Along the way, he also made history — helping to shape the nation we know today in innumerable ways.”
